Gary N. Moss is a founding partner of Moss & Kalish, PLLC. He was an author and editor of the Law Review at Brooklyn Law School, graduating in 1975 . Gary was defense counsel at a major title insurance company that leveraged his broad experience as a general litigator in the areas of corporate, commercial and real estate disputes. His work is now primarily focused on estate planning, focusing on designing strategies to minimize estate taxes.
In 2002, Gary received a certificate of appreciation from the Association of the Bar of NYC for his assistance to families of individuals who perished during the 9.11 WTC attack. He served on the Board of Governors at Lords Valley Country Club in PA and chaired their Legal Committee.
