David Gelfarb joined the firm in 1993 and was named a partner in 2014. He's is a graduate of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and Boston University Law School, Cum Laude. Since 1986, David has covered contract, commercial, disputes, ERISA and intellectual property matters. He also represents clients in the areas of business planning, government law and non-profit law. David also serves as an elected member of the Westchester County Legislature, representing Rye Brook, Port Chester and Harrison while chairing the Public Safety and Security Committee

Previously, David served as a Rye Town Councilman and President & Treasurer of the Bellefair Homeowners Association in Rye Brook. He received a certificate of appreciation from the American Trial Lawyers Association for outstanding service to families who sought compensation from the 9.11 Victims Compensation Fund and a Certificate of Appreciation from the New York County Lawyers Association for Pro Bono work.
